Can I have you create a custom design?

Absolutely! We actually encourage our visitors to dream up their image and have Fusion Print AI create custom options to fit your needs. You can then purchase just the digital file or apply it to any of our physical merchandise in our store, such as T-Shirts, Mousepads, Tumblers and more.

What if I don't like the image options?

Not a problem. We will simply obtain more information from you to fine tune the desired look and feel. The beauty of creating images with AI are the limitless options, and ORIGINAL outputs never completely seen in their entirety. 

Is there anything off-limits?

Our goal is to create an original image, tailored to your specifications - no judgements on content. With any community best practices, we would encourage customers not to request an image that would be insulting towards individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. We also ask for no adult content submissions.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept pretty much every major credit card or payment processing service, such as: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo & Visa.

Does your website have security measures in place for my payment info?

The website uses trusted and secure payment gateways to process transactions, ensuring that your payment information is encrypted and protected. The website has SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, indicated by "https://" in the URL, which encrypts data transmitted between your browser and the website's server, preventing interception by third parties.

How do I place an Order?

You have two options: Use our self-guided submission form to create your original image. Or you can navigate to any of our collections and purchse pre-existing digital art downloads or physical merchandise, such as T-Shirts, Hoodies and more.
PLUS, if your order is $50 or more, you will get FREE SHIPPING.

How do I place an Order?

Please contact Fusion Print AI customer service and we will gladly asses your order and cancel your order, change order details or custom image specifications.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

Customers can check out as guests and complete their purchase without creating an account. However, in order to manage a subscription or cancel your subscription, you will need to create an account or use the email address associated with the subscription to access the subscription management portal. Fusion Print AI offers two types of customer accounts: classic and new. Classic accounts allow you to log in with an email and password or sign in with Shop. New accounts allow you to log in with a one-time six-digit verification code sent to your email address or sign in with Shop.

How Do I Track My Order?

For physical merchandise: 
  • Log in to your customer account 
  • Click the Orders tab 
  • Find the order you want to track 
  • Click the order 
  • Look for the tracking information in the Shipping section 
  • Click the tracking number or link to be directed to the carrier's website 
  • Enter the tracking number on the carrier's website to track the shipment
For Custom Designs: 
Once you request your design (design submission has been completed), you will be contacted directly with any questions. At that time you will be given a very short window time; a link will then be created for you to purchase your design & then your digital files will be submitted to you via email.

How Can I Return a Product?

For physical merchandise: 
We offer a free replacement or refund if you contact their support within 30 days of delivery for a damaged or defective product, along with a clear photo of the issue. 

You can contact us through the "Submit issue" form. If your order is eligible for a solution but you haven't specified your preference, we will issue a refund to your account balance. You can then use this refund to place a replacement order if needed.

For custom digital AI designs: 
As the nature of most digital products, we are unable to issue a refund. However, we will take every measure to create an image you will love!
